Private Retreat
ELEVATED LIVING AMONG THE OAKS
We revisited a previously completed Bouldin Creek residence to design a new fence and entryway, along with a two-story entertainment pavilion replacing the existing carport.
A poured-in-place concrete wall with a steel-framed canopy and a custom Accoya wood fence define a landscaped court centered on mature live oaks, creating a private arrival experience. Accoya cladding unifies the new pavilion with the re-clad existing home, allowing the architecture to nestle naturally into the verdant site.
The pavilion features an enclosed garage and covered outdoor living and BBQ area at ground level, oriented toward the pool. An exterior stone and steel stair leads to an upper-level entertainment hub with a TV lounge, bar, golf simulator, bath, and sun deck. High-gloss blue cabinetry and paneling unify the interiors, while expansive views connect occupants to the pool, gardens, and oak canopies.
This luxurious, multifunctional retreat balances solitude and entertainment, enhancing both functionality and the site’s overall composition.
